Sophomore Kathryn Ravano Shares Nutrition Knowledge Via Games with VMS “I found nutrition and it changed my life,” said sophomore Kathryn Ravano, who created "Whole Heartedly" for her Girl Scouts Gold Award. “I wanted to share it. With the middle schoolers, they’re about that age where they’re taking into account their academics and nutrition, so I wanted to share what I learned with them in hopes that they feel better about themselves.”
