From Mr. Erenberg: Attention all members of the VMS Newsbowl Club!! The next Newsbowl Club meeting of 2018 will now take place today, Wednesday Dec. 19, at 2:35 in room 120. We will be taking part in the super-fun, highly competitive Newsbowl weekly interactive game. All new members are welcome! See you there!

From the Valhalla Drama Society: Attention all High School students! The Valhalla Drama Society’s Spring 2019 Musical Production this year will be Guys & Dolls. Auditions will be held on Monday, December 17, beginning at 6:00. Please see Mrs. Soricelli with any questions.

Attention all Spain 2019 Students: Our December meeting is on Tuesday, December 18, 2018 in room 126 at 3pm. All participants should attend. Please see Ms. Franquelli-Beras with any questions.

HIGH SCHOOL MAKERSPACE CLUB: The next HS meeting will take place on Tuesday, Dec. 18th. We hope to see you there.

From Ms. Martino: The Helping Hands Club will be collecting box tops again this year to raise money for VMS. Middle school students, please give your box tops to your period 1 teacher. The winning class will enjoy an ice cream party at the end of the year. High school students and any staff that does not have a period 1 class, please drop them off in the collection bin located in the main office. The collection will end on Feb 8th.

From Ms. Martino: The Helping Hands Club will be collecting pull tabs again this year to benefit the Ronald McDonald House. Collection bins are located in each cafeteria and the main office. Parties are great opportunities to collect a bunch! The collection will end the first week of June when we will visit the Ronald McDonald House to drop them off.

From Guidance - SENIORS: Log into Naviance to see the list of colleges that will be visiting Valhalla High School. The list will tell you the day and time of the visits. Seniors should sign up through Naviance. After signing up, check your email a day or two before the visit to see a reminder to attend the visit. Print the reminder. The printed reminder will be your pass to the college visit. If you have any questions, please call or see Ms. Bonifacio in the guidance office.

From Ms. Martino: Do you have old glasses laying around the house that are no longer useful? Bring them in and help those in need. A collection box is located in the main office. All kinds of glasses and Sun glasses are acceptable. This collection is sponsored by the Helping Hands Club.
